It features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a 160 cm double bed plus a bunk bed—making it ideal for families or small groups. A modern bathroom with a private sauna is located upstairs, while the ground floor includes an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy veranda dining space, a living room with a pull-out sofa, a guest WC, and a utility room with both a washing machine and dryer. Pets are not allowed, and additional equipment can be rented on-site. Located in the heart of the Ausseerland region, the property is just a 10-minute walk (approx. 500 meters) from the pristine Grundlsee lake—an ideal place for swimming, walking, or relaxing by the water. In winter, the Loser ski lift is only 12 km away, and the slopes of Tauplitz can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. The ski lift on the Zloam is a small but excellent ski lift with four different runs, located directly on site. A rope lift for the little ones completes the offer. A special highlight for the whole family is usually the nighttime fun on the slopes with floodlights. As a guest, you receive a 20% discount on your day ski pass per night, and all children up to the age of 15 are invited to ski for free! The home is equipped with a full kitchen including an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and essential cookware.
