Our holiday apartment on Lake Garda is situated in a quiet yet convenient location between Arco and Riva. The penthouse, with a total of 140 m², including a 70 m² south-facing terrace, is the only apartment in the building. It is modern and tastefully furnished, and the floor-to-ceiling windows make it bright and welcoming. The apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, and window. The cast-iron wood-burning stove in the living room provides a cozy atmosphere during the autumn and winter seasons. On the terrace, there is a gazebo with a dining area and a gas grill, yet you still have plenty of space to relax on the loungers and soak up the sun.
