Schicke Ferienwohnung, direkt am Südstrand von Fehmarn zu vermieten. Die Wohnung ist völlig neu renoviert und eingerichtet, und bietet bis zu 4 Personen Platz. Zum Strand sind es ca. 50m, zum Yachthafen ca. 100m. Hunde sind erlaubt, ein Hundestrand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, und ist leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Ein eigener Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus. Die im 1. Stock liegende, und duch einen Aufzug leicht zu erreichende Wohnung verfügt über eine Kochzeile mit Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Zahlreiche Geschäfte, sowie Freizeitangebote ( Bootsverleih, Fahrradverleih, Kitesurfen ) runden die Freizeitmöglichkeiten ab. Grillen ist kostenfrei am Hafen möglich. Bars und Restaurants sind zahlreich vorhanden.
