This is a quaint 3-bedroom villa in Grimaud. The home is surrounded by a flowery garden with olive trees and features a swimming pool. It is great for families.



The Mediterranean Sea is 10km away and here you can play water sports. Grimaud is situated on a high rock and consists of a network of narrow lanes, staircases, archways and squares. It offers a breathtaking view of the Côte d'Azur coastline and the wooded hills of the Massif des Maures. You can visit the lovely beaches at Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime 12 km from the villa. There's a tennis court, restaurant, and supermarket 6km away and a golf course 10km from the home.



The home has a boules court, a garden with furniture and a terrace with barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. You're allowed to bring 1 pet for a fee.



The nearest train station is 35km away. Saint-Tropez airport is 11km away.
