This exclusive villa is situated in the southern part of Sæby,

400 m from the coast and with only 1 km to the charming harbour and the city centre. The villa was completely renovated in 2015 and appears with a modern decor with a great sense of quality and beautiful details. From the dining area and the cozy living room there is access to the wonderful surrounded garden and the large covered terrace. An extra 15 m2 winter garden can be used for the colder days and evenings. The property is equipped to satisfy the versatile family, with a trampoline for the children and big fenced garden for the dog.
