Holiday home with ocean view only 75 m from the beach

This georgius house is situated close to the town, beach and forest.

There is room for 6 and the house is ideal for a family of four, who wishes to bring the grandparents along, since there is a extra bath room and living room with own aircondition and TV. The well equiped kitchen is connected with the livingroom and there is a wood burning stove and large windows facing the ocean, giving you good opportunity to enjoy the sunrise. There is a loft in the living room is a perfect place for the children to play undisturbed. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 3/4 beds.

There is access to the terrase from the living room - a roofed one with sheltered fence giving you all the privacy needed from the neighbours.

A cosy holiday home just 75 m from the beach and the promenade leading to the center of town and the harbor. There is 1200 m to the forest and the pedestrian streets with shops and restaurants.
