The holiday home is situated on a 1500 m² natural site. Situated 275 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.
