Schönes Ferienhaus mit Swimmingpool, Whirlpool und Sauna in Egsmark, zentral gelegen zu fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend. Strand und Wald sind zu Fuß erreichbar und das malerische Städtchen Ebeltoft liegt nur 5 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt. Herzstück des Hauses ist der 15 m2 große Poolraum mit Whirlpool und Sauna. Die Küche liegt in offener Verbindung zum kombinierten Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Kaminofen. TV mit dänischen Programmen. Internetzugang. Vier Schlafzimmer, davon zwei mit sehr guten Doppelbetten, eines mit einem Etagenbett und eines mit vier Schlafplätzen in Form von zwei Etagenbetten. Die beiden Badezimmer sind mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Schöne, geschlossene Terrasse mit fest installiertem Grill. Die Genvex-Lüftungsanlage sorgt für ein gutes Raumklima im Haus. Außerdem sind zwei Wärmepumpen installiert.
