Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 45 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Heating in the wood stove. The entrance leads over 5 steps. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 28 sqm and with tiled stove and TV. You have access to the 25 sqm terrace with 1 table and 4 chairs. Bedroom 12 sqm, not heatable and with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom 5 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Pets: allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Location: Ksice, 450 m above sea level. The individually standing holiday house is practical furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama and the quiet location. Part of town Ksice. The access to the property takes place over a bituminized side road. At the holiday house are parking spaces under a carport. The nearest shopping possibility is 3 km away, restaurant 7 km and town centre 3 km. indoor swimming pool in 10 km. thermal spa, sauna each 10 km in Konstantinovy Lazne. railway station in Lomnicka 200 m. cinema in Plzen 4 km. doctor, pharmacy, bank each 7 km in Stribro. City of Plzen with shops, bars, bowling and beer brewery (visit possible) 35 km.

In the summer: Swimming possibilities 10 km. Fisherman have the possibility to drop the fishing-rod in Racholusky, 10 km. Hracholuska dam with sandy beach 10 km. Bike paths on site.
