Villa Tramonto was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style and offers its guests 400 m2 of living space, while the total area of ??the property is 676 m2. A maximum of 9 people can stay in the villa, and the optimal number is 8. Guests will be distributed in 4 comfortable bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and associated en suite bathrooms with showers, one of which has a bathtub. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while the fourth is on the ground floor.

On the ground floor, there is also a modern equipped kitchen with a bar and two bar stools, where you can easily prepare meals for the whole family and friends, and there is also a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. In the living room, you will relax on the corner sofa, and there is also a coffee table and a TV.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a swimming pool with a size of 46 m2 and a depth of 1.4 meters, which has a massage as an additional function. Next to it, you will rest on 5 deckchairs for sunbathing, and on the terrace, there is also a covered outdoor table for eating, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.

The villa also has a sauna, which will be perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Additional features of the villa include a washing machine, an iron, and a separate toilet. A sofa bed (180x200) serves as an additional bed for one person.

During the day, many sports events are held, while the night is reserved for the traditional "Filipino night" with local specialties, and a large fireworks display is organized on the Main Promenade on the waterfront.
