Beautiful villa Kameni dvori, built in a rustic style, is a monumental building restored to the latest standards of modern luxury. Located in the beautiful maritime town of Sveti Filip i Jakov near the urban center of Zadar, this villa will provide a dream vacation that you have long dreamed of.

Accommodation capacity for a total of 6 people, the villa has two bedrooms with double beds and one extra bed suitable for two people.

The ground floor of the villa has a modern kitchen, dining room and living room, and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the first floor there is a spacious balcony equipped with a covered deck chair, coffee table and chairs where you are sure to enjoy a relaxed summer afternoon.

In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful pool of 6x3m large and 1.5 m deep. Additional pool equipment includes the option of heating and cooling, and countercurrent swimming. There are four sun loungers around the pool, and there is also an outdoor dining table as well as outdoor charcoal grill.

The courtyard of the villa is surrounded by a high stone wall which will give you a feeling of isolation from the surrounding world, where you will be able to enjoy the peace and privacy. There are also two parking spaces available.

The small picturesque Dalmatian town of Sveti Filip i Jakov delights with its charm and relaxed Mediterranean simplicity. Walking the cobbled streets and long pebble beaches represent real vacation for body and soul away from the city noise and bustle.
