Relax outdoor with garden furniture. For the quick cooling you can use the garden shower. Barbecue possibilities are available.  

Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 69 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is on the 1st floor and leads over an external stair directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen with dinette. You have access to the 48 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed, lounge and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and sea View. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window. In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea and the quiet and sunny location. The access to the property takes place over a bituminized main street. At the house are parking spaces on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 2,5 km away, restaurant 2,5 km and town centre 2,5 km. sauna in 5 km. discotheque in Starigrad 3 km. Zadar: airport 35 km and cinema 40 km. Paklenica 2.5 km away. Bike paths (length 10 km) in the vicinity. Welness in Hotel Alan 5 km away.

In the summer: Adria in Seline 20 m, bathing beach with gravel-sand, stones and swimming plateaus in Seline, 20 m away from your accommodation. Your four-legged companion is very welcome at the dog beach in Seline, 200 m. For the nautical interested among you there is a boat rental in Starigrad, 5 km. Fisherman have the possibility to drop the fishing-rod in Seline, 20 m. Further sports and leisure offers await you in the surroundings. For example diving in Zadar 40 km. horseback riding in Zaton 40 km.
