This house is on a quiet side street in the old town of Split and just a few minutes’ walk to the Diocletian Palace and the vibrant atmosphere of town. The accommodation is suitable for up to three people. The ground floor consists of a combined living room and bedroom. In the living/ bed rom there is a comfortable single bed (90 x 200cm). The kitchen space includes a dining table and is equipped e.g. with a fridge, two cooking rings and a dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery are provided. Upstairs (low attic) is the bedroom There is a separate bathroom with a shower, WC , washbasin and washing machine . The apartment is decorated in a Dalmatian style. Upstairs is a loft and bedroom. The house has two air conditioners, large Sat.-TV, Wi-Fi and fully equipped for a comfortable stay of our guests. Self check in!One security camera is on the entrance to the property. There is a little courtyard with garden furniture, where you can relax with a cup of coffee. Owing to the central location you do not need a car.If you come with a car, you can park it:- free of charge, in a small street next to the house (no parking space reserved)- in the public parking lot next to the house - not free There are restaurants, shops, historical monuments, a train station, other amenities and a beach nearby, a maximum of a 15-minute walk away. The Diocletian Palace is only a five-minute walk away.
