Rustic villa Oliveto is located in a small village Smilcic, about 26 kilometers from the city of Zadar. Surrounded by untouched nature, it offers a beautiful panoramic view and blends harmoniously into the environment. The villa has an orchard and an olive grove that allows guests to pick ripe fruits of figs, cherries, apricots, pears, jujubes and pomegranates. The spacious garden will allow you and your family to completely relax during your stay.

The villa has an optimal capacity of 2 people and a maximum capacity of 4 people. The living area of 75 m2 consists of 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, while the living room has a comfortable corner sofa that can be folded into a bed or two single beds for 2 additional guests. Two bathrooms with shower are available, one of which is located in the annex house. Connected to the living room, there is a modern minimalist kitchen that gives access to the terrace and the beautiful area around the pool.

The highlight of the villa is the terrace, where you can refresh yourself in a beautiful 8 x 4 m pool. 6 sun loungers in front of the pool allow you to enjoy the sun. The beautiful covered veranda and an elegantly designed outdoor grill in the annex house, give the villa a nice touch.

It should be noted that the villa is located on a total area of 14.000 m2, surrounded by orchards and lots of greenery. Enjoy nature, relax under the stars and enjoy hours of relaxation in an outdoor area specially designed for this purpose.

Ideal location of the villa offers the possibility for excursions to nearby islands (Pašman, Ugljan, Pag...), national parks (Kornati, Plitvice, Krka, Paklenica, Lake Vrana, Zrmanja) and visits to the cultural and historical centres of the Zadar region (Zadar, Nin, Biograd, Benkovac). If you choose to go on a beach, you can take a swim in the Novigrad sea, visit the island of Pag or beautiful beaches from Sukošan (the centre of sea tourism and water sports) to Pakoštane.
