This holiday apartment is on the sunny Istrian peninsula in the little village of Peruski and provides ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday in quiet, rural surroundings, far away from tourist noise.
The holiday apartment is on the upper floor of a two-storey family house from the year 2007 and was recently completely renovated in 2011, and equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Outdoor stairs lead to the separate entrance to the apartment, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. It has a generous living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms, of which one is en-suite. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV and a stereo system. The cast iron, open fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. From the living room you go through to the dining space, also air-conditioned, with a big wooden dining table, a bench and two matching chairs. Right next door, the kitchen has a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a toaster and even a coffee machine. The bedroom has a 160 x 200cm double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and a cupboard with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom, for additional convenience. Both bathrooms, the en-suite and the separate one, have a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. The sofa in the living room can be converted into another double bed (160 x 200cm) for an adult or two children. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment is free of charge.
The dining space opens directly onto your private sunny balcony with a table, chairs and an awning providing shade, where you can enjoy meals together with a panoramic view over the green landscape as far as the sea, or simply retreat with a good book and indulge in the silence. Outdoor stairs lead to the 500m² enclosed garden area, which you share with the lower floor. A barbecue, a big table with chairs and an outdoor toilet are provided by the spacious, green terrace, inviting you to spend long evenings together under the starry sky. If you arrive by car, then two secure parking spaces are available in front of the house.
The owner lives in the ground-floor apartment and is happy to assist with any queries.
Your holiday apartment is about 1.5km from the beach with crystal clear water. It is only 150 metres to the centre of the little village of Peruski with a good selection of shops, cafés and restaurants. It is about 4km to Krnica, with further restaurants and a popular pizzeria. There is a tennis court 5km away and it is about 13km to the airport.
