Situated in Kostrena just 5min drive to the center of Rijeka, The house with pool is 100 m from the seaside with a long seasaide walk where there are several cafe bars, restaurant, watersport point, waterpolo playground, sailing club and small marina.

The house is placed on a small hill and sourounded with greenery. The pool is placed between olive threes.
The entrance is from the ground floor where there is a big garage for two cars and stairs going up to first floor which is actually a floor with exit to the garden.
Garden has a lot of meditteranen greenery and a beutiful outside dining with BBQ.
Living room, dining room and library are open space but yet divided for some privacy and conected to the kitchen. There are exits to the garden fron dining room living room and from the kitchen so you have a feeling like you live in the garden.
With big windows there is a beautiful view over kvarner bay.
There is also a bathroom with shower and wc.
On the 2nd floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and wc, a small bedroom with sofa bed and wardrobe, and a big bedroom which consists of two parts : library/office with sofa bed and a bedroom with big size bed. The room has also a big balcony with a garden on it and beautifull view on sea and mountine of Ucka.Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2022 to the 30th of October 2022
