Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is on the top floor and leads over an external stair and a 5 sqm terrace directly in the living room/bedroom. Terrace with sea view. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom 30 sqm and with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed, radio and CD. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine. Storeroom Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Pets: allowed, EUR 6.00/pet per day.

Location: Kostrena. The Holiday apartment is located in a built in 1965 one-family house, was refurbished in the year 2010 and is in the typical country style furnished. At the end of the impasse there is rarely to be expected traffic. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea and the sunny location. The access to the property takes place over a bituminized side road. At the house there are 2 car parking spaces at your disposal on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 150 m away, restaurant 500 m and town centre 500 m. Rijeka: cinema 3,5 km, railway station, sauna, discotheque each 6 km. indoor swimming pool 8 km. Gas station 500 m. Crikvenica 30 km away.

In the summer: Adriatic Sea in Kostrena 50 m, bathing beach with gravel-sand and stones in Kostrena, 50 m away from your accommodation. Further sports and leisure offers await you in the surroundings. For example Kostrena: tennis 100 m and diving 600 m.
