Villa Blu: secluded, luxurious holiday house by the sea The villa is ideal for large families or a group of friends looking for a quiet getaway. Villa Blu is next to a nature reserve and a few steps from a lonesome bay on the Dalmatian coast. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking view from the large sunny terrace. Villa Blu faces south with a 180° sea view over the Adriatic with islands and a lighthouse. Villa Blu consists of two residential units: a main house of around 150m² and a smaller apartment of around 60m², for 10-12 people in total. There are six bedrooms in total (two with access to the balcony), four bathrooms and two kitchens. Large glass sliding doors on the whole south side ensure that the interior is flooded with daylight. All the windows and external doors are fitted with external blinds and fly screens. The rooms have wooden floors and ceiling fans. The top floor of around 60m² comprises five bedrooms (-9 people, two double beds, one stackable bed with two mattresses, one bunk bed, one single bed), two bathrooms with showers, a WC, cloakroom space, built-in cupboards, a safe, ceiling fans, wooden floors and a 10m² balcony. The lower apartment of 60m² consists of a bedroom (large double bed and the possibility of a pull-out bed), a living room with an open kitchen (stove with electric and gas rings, oven, fridge, freezer), a WC, a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, as well as ceiling fans and wooden floors. There is a 40m² sunny terrace with sun sails, a garage and two additional parking spaces, amidst a large and mature garden with olive, almond, fig and citrus trees. Villa Blu is only about 30 minutes from Split airport (or 1.15hrs from Zadar airport). It is 20km to the UNESCO world cultural heritage town Trogir and about 35km to Split. There are many ferry connections from Split to the surrounding islands. Krka National Park with its famous waterfalls and the Kornati Islands are one to two hours away. The two little towns Marina and Vinisce are 7km away, with large and small supermarkets, restaurants and sailing boat or motorboat rentals.
