The standig individually holiday home is rustic furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location.
For sole use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Baška, district Draga Bašcanska. The holiday home is located on a closed plot with trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
The holiday house with swimming pool is located in the quiet suburb Draga Bascanska near the resort Baska.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

There is no heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8,5 m, depth 1,40 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

 Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 3 € per person per stay. Eco Tax 0,30 € per person per day. On request: baby cot (please order at booking) 7 € per bed per day.
