Štinjan. The holiday apartement is located on a closed plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
Holiday Flats IST FAZ 375 and 376 (each for 4 persons) and apartment IST FAZ 378 (8 persons) are located in the same building. The house is located in an impasse.
The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 100 m). Parking lot on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (3,3 m x 8 m, depth 1.4 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the beginning of October.

Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.
