Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

The small town located northwest of Pula. The access to the property takes place over a bituminized side road. At the house are parking spaces on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 50 m away and restaurant 500 m. railway station, discotheque each 5 km in Pula. Center Fazana 3 km.
