Your vacation object:  The holiday house is placed on a 400 sqm and an enclosed property. The property is enclosed with a hedge. The owner lives permanently in the house or, but uses a separate entrance. The facilities are at your disposal for common use. Relax outdoor with parasol, sunlounger and garden furniture. For the quick cooling you can use the garden shower. Barbecue possibilities are available. The private used pool area is open from mid of May until the end of September and offers an outdoor pool (3 m x 5 m, depth 1,2 m). Your fitness, you can keep busy with 8 bicycles and.  

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. The for 6 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed and at couch/sofa. You have access to the covered terrace. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, gas stove, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC. In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age.

Pets: allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Location: Štinjan. The individually standing holiday house built in 1990 and renovated in 2014 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a lively area in the town center. At the holiday house there are 2 car parking spaces at your disposal on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 300 m away, restaurant 250 m and town centre 500 m. Fazana: pharmacy 4,5 km and discotheque, doctor each 5 km. Pula: railway station 5 km and airport 8 km. Kiosk 200 m, sports 600 m, gas station 3 km, post office 5 km, ferry 6 km.

In the summer: Adria in Valbandon 1000 m, bathing beach in Valbandon, 1500 m away from your accommodation.
