Your vacation object:  The studio is located on a an enclosed garden property with flowers and trees. Holiday flats PUL PUL 088 (5 persons) and PUL PUL 089 (4 persons) are in the same house. The owner lives permanently in the house or, but uses a separate entrance. Relax outdoor with parasol and garden furniture.  

Your studio offers 1 floor, 1 room, is 27 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is on the ground floor and leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. You have access to the 12 sqm terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Gallery in the living room / bedroom In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Pets: not allowed.

Location: Štinjan. The studio is located in a built in 1988 house, was refurbished in the year 2018 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. The access to the property takes place over a bituminized side road. At the house are parking spaces on the property. Public parking is located on the street in front of the house. The nearest shopping possibility is 400 m away, restaurant 800 m and town centre 1000 m. discotheque in 500 m. Pula: railway station 5 km and indoor swimming pool, sauna each 8 km.

In the summer: Adriatic Sea 500 m, bathing beach with meadow, stones, cliffs and swimming plateaus 500 m away from your accommodation. The boat landing dock is located in 500 m. Fisherman have the possibility to drop the fishing-rod in 500 m. Further sports and leisure offers await you in the surroundings. For example tennis in 500 m.
