Your vacation object:  The holiday house is placed on a 640 sqm and an enclosed property. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The facilities are at your disposal for exclusive use. Relax outdoor with garden furniture. The with swing makes children's hearts beat faster. For the quick cooling you can use the garden shower. Barbecue possibilities are available. The private used pool area is open from mid of May until the end of September and offers an outdoor pool (6 m x 4 m, depth 1,5 m). The spa includes a whirlpool.  

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (50 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower and WC. Separate toilet with WC. In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age.

Pets: not allowed.

Location: Štinjan. The individually standing holiday house built in 1971 and renovated in 2016 is in the typical country style furnished. The nearest shopping possibility is 400 m away, restaurant 400 m and town centre 500 m. Pula: airport 12 km and railway station 5 km.

In the summer: Swimming possibilities in Pula 600 m, bathing beach in Pula, 600 m away from your accommodation.
