Your vacation object:  The holiday house is placed on a 1200 sqm and an enclosed property. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The facilities are at your disposal for exclusive use. Relax outdoor with garden furniture. For the quick cooling you can use the garden shower. Barbecue possibilities are available. The private used pool area is open from mid of May until the end of September and offers an outdoor pool (6 m x 4 m, depth 1,5 m).  

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 190 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (20 l, freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower and WC. In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age.

Pets: allowed, EUR 7.00/pet per day.

Location: Štinjan. The holiday house built in 1898 and renovated in 2010 is in the typical country style furnished. The nearest shopping possibility is 150 m away, restaurant 150 m and town centre 190 m. railway station in pula 8 km.

In the summer: Swimming possibilities in Pula 1000 m, bathing beach in pula, 800 m away from your accommodation.
