Your vacation object:  The holiday house is placed on a 1000 sqm and an enclosed property. The owner lives permanently in the house or, but uses a separate entrance. The facilities are at your disposal for exclusive use. Relax outdoor with garden furniture. Barbecue possibilities are available.  

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 36 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 2 additional beds at couch/sofa. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (20 l, freezer), coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower and WC. In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age.

Pets: allowed, EUR 6.00/pet per day.

Location: Štinjan. The holiday house built in 1990 and renovated in 2014 is in the typical country style furnished. At the holiday house are parking spaces on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 290 m away, restaurant 1200 m and town centre 3 km. Pula: railway station 3 km and airport 7 km.

In the summer: Swimming possibilities in Štinjan 890 m, bathing beach in Štinjan, 800 m away from your accommodation.
