Your studio offers 1 floor, 1 room, is 22 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. You have access to the 7 sqm, covered balcony with 1 table and 2 chairs. Kitchenette with gas stove (2 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower and WC. In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Pets: not allowed.

Location: Štinjan. The studio is located in a one-family house. The property is located in a residential area. The access to the property takes place over a bituminized road.
