Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 36 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with dinette, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower and WC. In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Pets: allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Location: Štinjan. At the holiday house are parking spaces on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 300 m away, restaurant 1000 m and town centre 4 km. discotheque, cinema each 4 km in Pula.

In the summer: Adria in Stinjan 800 m, bathing beach with gravel-sand and cliffs in Stinjan, 800 m away from your accommodation. Further sports and leisure offers await you in the surroundings. For example horseback riding in Medulin 15 km. diving in Stinjan 1000 m. Sandy beach 15 km.
