Idyllic single-family house in a rustic country style with a generous garden This detached single-family house is on a quiet residential estate in Nieder-Emmels, a village in the German-speaking area of Belgium, consisting of Ober-Emmels and Nieder-Emmels, which both belong to St.Vith. The surroundings are characterised by agricultural green land. Emmels has 727 inhabitants. You can look forward to this stand-alone holiday house with four bedrooms and a beautiful garden. The rustic country style exudes a cosy atmosphere and there are many recreational options for all ages, ensuring there will not be a dull moment. The house is ideal for those seeking leisure in peaceful and quiet surroundings. Especially the garden provides ample space for relaxing and activities. The ca. 210m² holiday house has a living and dining room with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, an Apple TV (47” flatscreen) and a dining table with ample space for meals together. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher and a kitchen table with chairs. Two of the four bedrooms are furnished with double beds (180 cm wide), the third has a bunk bed (90cm wide) from which an additional bed (90cm wide) can be pulled out, while the fourth bedroom also has a bunk bed, 90cm wide at the top for one person and 140cm wide at the bottom for up to two people. The owner can provide a free junior bed/cot, children’s toys and board games for all ages. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin. On the lower floor you can also find a further separate shower, a WC and washbasin, as well as a very large garage with a table tennis table and a weights bench. Children have plenty of space to play here. The whole house has heating and free wireless Internet access. Behind the house there is a giant area of greenery that you can use. In total the site measures 1300m² and has a large garden with a trampoline and plenty of space for ball games. There is a charcoal grill for grill evenings in summer. The parking spaces belonging to the house can be used free of charge. Pets are allowed on request. At the nearby chip shops and restaurants you can enjoy typical Belgian chips, a hearty pizza or a summer salad on the terrace, or you can treat yourself at the restaurants of a higher category with a menu of several courses in a cosy ambience. There are inviting bakeries in the area for delicious bakery items and Belgian pralines. You can enjoy guided nature walks through the High Venn, or action and fun at the Formula 1 race in Francorchamps or some rounds yourself in the Indoor Cart Centre. Owing to the central location of the house, you can enjoy a sporty or relaxing holiday. For sports enthusiasts, we recommend the Ravel cycling and walking path near the house. There is a mountain biking circuit accessed along some forest tracks. A series of interesting paths leads directly from the accommodation into the surrounding hills. The Green House Golf in St. Vith has a 9-hole pitch & putt course with a putting green and driving range. The Tennis Club St. Vith has four outdoor courts and two indoor courts, which tourists can also book. There is an indoor pool in the sports and leisure centre at St. Vith. The outdoor pool is in Wiesenbach, which you can access on foot or by bike along the Ravel path. It is about 20km to Bütgebach with further water sports on the lake. The East Belgian Cart Center in Grüfflingen provides entertainment on rainy days with its bowling and indoor cart tracks.
