Next to this apartment there is the generous maisonette apartment no. 1197413 for up to eight people, with four bedrooms and measuring 90m². The apartment (object no. 1585710) with three bedrooms for eight people is accessed via the upper entrance (only one step). All the apartments offer a relaxing, independent holiday owing to fully-equipped kitchens, cosy living rooms and two bathrooms each. The balconies provide garden furniture for meals outdoors, with a wonderful view of the valley. The outdoor whirlpool and a lawn with a grill area round off the outdoor area. The special features include child-friendly amenities such as a vehicle park with a chubby car, scooter and other vehicles in front of the door. In winter a sledge and toboggans are available. The site provides ample space to play in the snow. During the summer period from 1 May to 1 November, the Bregenzer-Card is included for stays from three nights, which means free entry to the mountain experiences in the Bregenzerwald such as cable cars, swimming pools and public transport. There are local shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as specialist ski shops about 1000 metres away. The downhill ski piste is just a kilometre away and the ski bus stops in front of the door.
