Children’s beds

Children up to 3 years old can stay free of charge on availability.

Extra beds

Children from 4  to 11 years stay for EUR 7.00 per person per night when using an extra bed on availability.

People 12 years and older stay for EUR 15.00 per person per night when using an extra bed on availability.

Cancellation and prepayment conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 42 days before arrival. The guest pays 50% of the total price if he / she cancels within 42 days before arrival, 14 days 90%. A no show of the guest means the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A deposit of €100 has to be paid by check in of an apartment, or more upon request.

Prepayment of 50% by reservation – 40%  payment 30 days before arrival – 10% payment at stay.

Breakfast

Option to book extra breakfast buffet adult €10, children up to 4 years free, 4-11 €5, children 12-17 € 7,50.

Summer

In the period juli till september we offer our guest, with a stay longer than 3 days, the Kärntencard. This offers free access to many of the beautiful sites Kärnten has to offer or reduced prices. Please see https://www.kaerntencard.at/sommer/ for more information.

In the winter we provide our guests with free admittance to the Mallnitz Pool and Sauna.
