House:
The Alpe Maritima Ossiachersee Resort, opened in 2020, is in a great location; 300m from the beautiful Ossiachersee (with private beach) and 150m from the ski lift. The town of Villach is only 9 km away. The 28 apartments are spread over the modern four-storey residence. This apartment is located on the ground floor and is modern and comfortably furnished. The living room has an HD TV and a double sofa bed. In the open kitchen, you will find a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. There are three bedrooms, of which two of the bedrooms each have two single box-spring beds, which may or may not already be set up as a double bed, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower or bath and one with a shower, sauna and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. From the apartment, you have a great view over the Ossiacher See and the surrounding mountains. You have a terrace with garden furniture. You can park three cars in the garage or the car park. From 01.07.2021 - 30.10.2021 you receive the "Erlebnis Card Kärnten" free of charge, which gives you many regional benefits. In short; an excellent holiday destination in both summer and winter!
