Description

Our self catering holiday-homes are located 4,5 km far the village center of Afritz am See, surrounded by meadows and mountain-forests. You can explore the nearby mountains while hiking or practice watersports at one of many nearby lakes. Dogs are also welcome at our farm!


You have the choice between a traditional holiday-house, a well-designed  family-apartment or a mini-apartment.

All are fully equipped with a comfortable kitchen, linen and towels. Each kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and a fridge with a small freezer attached. Additionally there are a microwave, a toaster, a coffe-machine, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.
A washing mashine is freely accessible. You may also use the provided barbecue grill,  a ping-pong table and the garden funiture.

Holiday-house: (ca. 80 m²)
The holiday-house has two levels. All main rooms grand a wonderful view at the valley and the mountains. An ample living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a WC are located on the ground floor. The top level consists of two bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x three single beds)  a second bathroom and a balcony.


Holiday-apartment: (ca. 65 m²)
The family-apartment is on the main house's upper level and includes 2 bedrooms (1 x double + couch, 1 x two single beds), an ample living room with kitchenette, a bathroom und a large balcony.

Mini-apartment:(ca. 30 m²)
The studio-apartment includes a living room with a double bed + couch, a kitchenette and one bathroom.



The holiday-house with 80 m2 has two levels. A large living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a WC are located on the ground floor. The top level consists of two bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x three single beds) and a second bathroom. The heating of all rooms is by electric radiators, individually adjustable and charged according to consumption (35 Cent/kWh). The balcony offers a wonderful view to montains and the valley.
