FREE table tennis! The forest playground can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Parking in front of the house. Bakery service on request. Apartments: 4 large apartments with 2 extra bedrooms and 1 living-bedroom (depending on the type of kitchen part integrated or extra kitchen) can be made smaller if necessary and the 2nd bedroom closed: satellite TV / radio, telephone, balcony. Bed linen / towels and tea towels included. We can provide you with extensive baby equipment.

30% deposit upon booking.
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival, there is only a processing fee of EUR 50.00 for the entire booking.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
 If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, and 100% for early departure.
